Built Mailcow/NextCloud serving 22-person team, saving lakhs annually
Docsee’s async Rust core — every Docker operation under 50ms
18 million emails, 12 domains, mesh VPN — all on a single ₹800/month VPS
I built my first game at 9. A 3D car racing game with enemy AI and mountain terrain. I didn’t know what “programming” was — I just wanted to make things.
Seventeen years later, I’m still building. But now the stakes are higher — 10,000 concurrent users depending on uptime, 18 million emails flowing through infrastructure I designed, 12+ platforms running from a single codebase.
I think of my laptop as my sword. Every system I architect, every tool I build, every line of Rust I write — it’s how I fight my battles.
I’m looking for my next battle. A team that ships fast, cares about craft, and builds things that matter. Remote preferred — I bring the infrastructure.

What collaborators, clients, and community say after working together.
“Karanveer single-handedly built our entire self-hosted infrastructure — email, file sharing, VPN, AI tooling. He replaced lakhs in SaaS costs with a single VPS. The man thinks in systems.”
Aditya Sharma
CTO @ Prachyam Studios
“Working with Karanveer on the OTT platform was a masterclass in frontend architecture. He built a shared component library that worked across 12+ devices. Our design system finally had a real engineering backbone.”
Priya Mehta
Senior Designer @ Prachyam Studios
“The Tailscale mesh network he set up turned our underpowered machines into a distributed build cluster. Deploys went from 20 minutes to 4. He doesn't just write code — he eliminates bottlenecks.”
Rohit Verma
Backend Engineer @ Prachyam Studios
“I hired Karanveer to build Karmpath and he delivered a platform handling 10K concurrent users with 99.9% uptime. The AI recommendation engine he built actually works — engagement went up 40%.”
Ananya Iyer
Product Manager @ Freelance Client
“His MCP server contributions are clean, well-documented, and actually useful. 23 custom servers for AI-assisted development — and they all just work. Rare to see that level of polish in OSS.”
